AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND TRAVEL ELEVE
In this Agreement, the terms “we,” “us,” “our,” and “Travel Eleve” refer to KCH OPERATIONS TX, LLC DBA TRAVEL ELEVE, a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the State of Texas. The term “you” refers to any person who visits www.traveleleveco.com (“Website”), books a reservation on behalf of a minor child, or books a reservation through our customer service agents.
1. Use of the Website
The Website is provided solely to assist you in:
- Gathering travel information
- Determining the availability of travel and related goods or services
- Making legitimate reservations
By accessing our Website, you agree to use it only for these purposes.
We offer the Website, including all information, tools, and services available, conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated in this document, including our Privacy Policy available at www.traveleleveco.com (collectively, the “Terms of Use”).
Please read these Terms of Use carefully, as they contain important information about limitations of liability and resolution of disputes through arbitration rather than in court. Other Terms & Conditions
Consultation Fee
We require an upfront, nonrefundable consultation fee to cover the time dedicated to creating a customized itinerary for your vacation. This fee encompasses the research, planning, and support provided throughout your trip until your return home. The fee varies based on the complexity of your trip and the number of destinations you wish to visit. This fee covers the organization of all aspects of your trip, including tours, transfers, hotels, and more. When you choose our preferred properties you will benefit from added value in the form of exclusive amenities and upgrades.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure our ability to provide exceptional service and secure accommodations, our hotel cancellation policy is as follows:
1. Standard Reservations:
- For cancellations made within 21 days of departure, a cancellation fee of $75 per hotel reservation will be applied.
2. Group Reservations:
- For larger bookings (5 or more rooms), cancellations made within 30 days of departure will incur a fee of $150 per room or 10% of the total booking cost, whichever is greater.
3. Exceptions:
- Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances, such as illness or natural disasters
Customer Service
- Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
- Travel Eleve will respond to inquiries and requests during these business hours.
- Unscheduled calls may not be answered unless deemed urgent.
- For efficient handling of travel-related questions or concerns, please direct all inquiries via email rather than text or social media.
Important Note
Please be aware that last-minute changes to itineraries made within 21 days of travel will incur a minimum charge of $50 per change. The cost may increase depending on the complexity of the request.
Air Travel
- Domestic Air Ticket: $50 per person
- International Air Ticket: $100 per person
